One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

Nice and clean room. Big modern shower. Good WiFi signal. Kettle with plenty of tea and coffee in common kitchen area. Ramon will also make some stronger Moka coffee! The hosts are a delighful couple. They love to chat with their guests. Great way to learn more about city and country. I had an amazing time in Santiago, thank you!

The rooms are large, with mosaic work, a huge walk-in shower, and a large bed. The staff is very nice, the breakfast delicious. Very good coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub, a drink from the bar, and the walk in Las Cascadas.
